"Well located guest house which is undergoing refurbishment so covered in scaffolding. My room was up several flights of stairs. Very convenient location. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good value for Bristol and comfortable bed. Parking is awkward as the car park is small and the roads have restrictions."

The room was clean and characterful and the location was ideal for walks into the city centre and Christmas market. We will definitely be making this an annual tradition! "

"Annabelle’s house was comfortable and in a great location. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the train station and all the stores. On the weekends it is loud at night due to noise from the bar that is on the same street. But overall I really didn’t have any trouble sleeping and I appreciated the free breakfast! "
