"Loved my stay here for 3 nights. It was extremely clean and spacious along with close proximity to La Spezia Centrale. Made it easy to hop on are off the trains to Cinque Terre everyday. Plenty of diving options literally around the corner and the room was easy to check in to and get for resting in between adventures. Will definitely come back. Thank you 😊 "
"You could not ask for better hosts than Elisa and Simone. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Always availability to help. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family. Close walk to restaurants and train. Would definitely stay here again."
"Absolutely fantastic. Slept 4 of us comfortably. Steps away from the centre of town but didn’t hear any noise at night, even on a Saturday. We’d stay there again in a heart beat. "
"This is an exceptional place. Extremely modern and clean and very close to the train station. The area is okay but kind of noisy. Luckily the superior windows blocked out the noise. The owners are accommodating as they do not live on the property. Communication with them was great. Would highly recommend. "

"It was only a short ride to Cinque Terra by train, w/ out all of the overcrowding, The town "Spacia" was really quaint and good restaurants
