Great location - close to everything. The only negative (would be the same for all places in the area though) was parking was a little bit of a walk (pain with luggage)

We were so happy with the location of the property, right on the main walking street near shops and restaurants and close enough to walk to the train station. The after hours receptionist was wonderful! We would stay here again.

Great Stay

Easy check in. Great location. One small downside, closest parking is 15€\day plus a 10 min walk. Note good for hauling large suitcases. That being said, apparently there I’d a drop off spot 2 min away before you go back to park. Other than that, clean, cute, Italian vibe and structure on the outside but modern on the inside. Loved it!

Very responsive and efficient staff managing the property which is ideally located on a pedestrian only street. We arrived by car and parked at Europa Park which was affordable,12 minutes from the property and had in and out access. Our check in was a breeze with Yuliya personally showing up and detailing the property. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised and was very clean. All the amenities for a comfortable stay was provided. Numerous quality restaurant's and shops are right there in the neighborhood. The train station is a good ten minutes walking distance and all the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible. We had a wonderful time in La Spezia/Cinque Terre and hope to come back here soon.

We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment.
