Es fehlt nach der geplatzten Übernahme durch Mandarin Oriental an gutem Management. Auf dem Zimmer war eine Willkommenskarte für einen anderen Gast und es gibt keine einheitlichen Servicestandards. "Struttura non proprio attenta alle pulizie, colazione e cena buffet di qualità medio/bassa. Piatti del servizio buffet sempre sporchi e trovarne di puliti era veramente difficile. Parcheggio occupato per tutto il periodo di soggiorno e parcheggiare nelle vicinanze era davvero difficile e stressante."
