"As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The
Pool was nice and had a lovely view...

"I have got the room 114 at first floor.
It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."
"Beautiful view and patio Terrace! Kids really enjoyed the decoration because it was so unique and Pretty. It was unfortunate that we couldnt enjoy internet at the time of out stay. Otherwise it would have been perfect ! Thanks Lulu for helping us "
"Absolutely beautiful setting, in a quiet town just outside Cinque Terre. The host makes sure you have everything you need and more. Acces to bus, hikes, convenience stores, restaurants. Couldn’t imagine landing anywhere better. "

"Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up.
Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend."
"Loved my stay here for 3 nights. It was extremely clean and spacious along with close proximity to La Spezia Centrale. Made it easy to hop on are off the trains to Cinque Terre everyday. Plenty of diving options literally around the corner and the room was easy to check in to and get for resting in between adventures. Will definitely come back. Thank you 😊 "

"David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need.
The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect.
The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable.
All in all, it was a great experience and we will return one of these days, as long as it is available!"
"It was only a short ride to Cinque Terra by train, w/ out all of the overcrowding, The town "Spacia" was really quaint and good restaurants
