"The hotel is not 5 star even tho Expedia rates it this way. Rooms are beyond basic and no frills at this hotel. Would not recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay. "

"One of the best location- you can choose a bich-more crowded beach on the right or more wider beaches on the left surrounded by beautiful parks.Plenty of restaurants and shoping malls, shops. Very recommendel thai cusine "Noi" аnd" Cheesecake factory. So many activities they provide at Mariott-I personally visited 3 painting classes, perl sharm's class and learning ukulele class-all was perfect! Very comfortable pollows and mattress, I actually going to by pillows for our home from Mariott site))) Very attentive house keeping staff-whaterver I ask them they immediately bring it to me. We gave nice clean suit with king bed and sofa bed-big enough to not feel crowded eith family. "

"This was an amazing stay! There were shops surrounding the hotel and daily activities going on. The views were amazing as well as the staff. "

"It started out with not having any room service for the first five days of our vacation. Then there was a $40 a day amenity fee to which they’re really are no amenities at this hotel as the pool is very small, the hot tub maybe accommodates three people and the gym is extremely small and as basic as it could be so to be, there’s nothing here that would ever justify charging an amenity fee. These are things that every hotel has and should provide with their daily room rate. The management team did address my concerns after a second discussion as we were still having issues with housekeeping and issued a half refund for the amenity fees. Parking charges were extremely high at over $45 for a night and there are no meal options, such as a continental breakfast however there are multiple restaurants nearby."

"Stayed from 3/11/26-3/19/26 in room 1607. A big storm hit two into our stay, which caused the bedroom to flood. The carpet was soaked all the way to the bed and bedroom door. Went to the front and let them know. Told they would send someone up to check it out. Returned to desk, 90 minutes later, to find out no one has gone to our room. They sent one of the bellhops up with us to check. He verified and said he would let them know. Two hours later, no one has contacted us or came to the room. I went back down the desk to find out what was going on. They had no idea what I was talking about, because the person i was initially dealing left for the night and didnt pass on the info. I told them needed a shopvac to suck up all the water and several towels. Someone eventually did show. He told me the water was coming from around the sliding glass door. Next morning I the interior wall was bulging, which meant thats where the watet was coming from, not the sliding door. I went back to the desk to let them know. I was told they couldn't move us to another room, cuz the hotel was full. I told him I should be entitled to some compensation and he agreed to reimbursing 3 days. The room stunk so bad, we bought a bottle of Febreeze. At check out, i wanted to confirm reimbursement. I was told yes at $150. A lot different than about $900. No manager on duty. She confirmed my phone # and was someone will call. I told if no one does, then i will post pictures. No one has called. "
