All of the staff at Ka La’i went above and beyond just doing their job. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant. Did not come across not even one rude staff member. Whenever we arrived with our car to the hotel we were always greeted by Kawika or when we would leave for the day he was there. He was an exceptional employee. Always pleasant and ready and willing to answer any questions or give suggestions or just ask if you needed anything. An exceptional Hotel with exceptional individuals to make you feel at home.
