"We booked a package through Expedia and got an ocean view suite room in the Diamond Head tower. We weren’t pleased with our room. When you walked in, it was the bedroom separated from the balcony/view. It was an absolute dungeon of a room. No windows, no natural light. The door was 2 feet from the bed. You heard everything outside. The bar with the live music, and every noise in the hallway. The living room had a pull out bed and that was where you saw the view of the ocean. We tried to get...

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"This property was wonderful. It was in a perfect location. You could walk to just about anything you could want. The beach was right across the street. Your resort fee allowed for you to take beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the beach each day. Additionally, there were fun classes and craft making you could take part in.
