"Staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly! Included breakfast was also great, nothing beats a hot breakfast option! Could use a bit more variety specially for people staying longer as it got repetitive. Room was decent, in our specific room there was barely any closet space or storage, or surface to put things on. We had a nightstand and a small table. Used our luggage to put things on when getting ready. On day 3/6 of our stay the hot tub broke and water was cold. It was a good stay otherwise. Honestly the staff makes up for everything. Shoutout to Tita Gladys at the front desk! "

"The property was amazing with a lot to explore. The walkways around pools needs repairing. They rake the sand flat every night which was the best section of beach in Waikīkī! The rooms are nicely upgraded but bring earplugs as the a/c sounds like an airport was built in them. Good food offerings that are nicely presented, but over the top expensive. Be prepared to raise your credit card limit. Tropics restaurant needs to buy some condiments. Does anyone really want a dry hamburger? We had an amazing 8th floor Diamond Head/ocean view in the Rainbow Tower, but be prepared to open your billfold as well! Overall we gave it a 9/10 and would stay again."

"All food was way too over priced. Only ate dinner and breakfast there once due to the cost. Rooms were horribly insulated- heard every sound at all hours of the day and night. Staff were nice and easy to deal with when needing anything. No microwaves in room but available upon requests. The mini fridge was incredibly small and barely fit anything other than drinks. "

"This hotel location is great, everything is closed bye. The Lei class was fun. This hotel was probably very nice long time ago. It is outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, cleaning was completed with minimum effort The breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices but ok. Our room had a city view which it was ok. We prefer the beach so we didn't use the pool but it looked clean. For the price is ok we didn't spend much time there. We were disappointed that on our last day the hotel charge $2 per luggage to hold it for us since our plane did not leave until the evening. In our experience hotels hold your luggage without charge."
