"The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the breakfasts were good, and the pool and relaxation area were excellent. However, we were disappointed that upon check-in we were charged an additional $350 in fees. When we booked the hotel, we paid in full, and there was no clear information about these extra charges. In addition, parking at the hotel is quite expensive — $370 for 7 nights. Overall, the stay was nice, but be aware that you may end up paying around $800 extra beyond the original booking price."

"Location, Location, fantastic. It's right across the road from the beach, Zoo , shops, restaurants, All trolly buses that we took stopped here at our doorstep. Fantastic location, and staff. Hotel is a little dated in the rooms, but clean and comfortable, soft beds, we had a Juliet balcony, but there are bigger ones pool side. Partial ocean view was enough, because it at our doorstep. Save your money at this hotel, to spend on other things. Tours, shopping, and eating. It's expensive to eat out here. "

"Of the two mediocre options near the airport, this option is most lacking . Air conditioning not operating in my room (temp never got lower than 79), stained bathroom towels, two bottles of conditioner without any shampoo. All adds up to a definite lack of care evident at the property. "

"Room view was amazing. Very clean and luxurious. Only reason i put one star less because there is no access to beach, its a 5-10min walk alongside harbour. Location of hotel is at the end of the strip which is a 20-25 min walk to center of strip. "

"Breakfast was really good. Couldn’t use the balcony can open the slang glass door to the balcony balcony, full of torn apart, air conditioner, dirt dust, ugly, dangerous. Staff was OK some nicer than others. The beach view. My daughter had her wedding in Hawaii and they gave her a handicap room with a broken side glass door said she could not go out on the balcony, which was true she could not even open the door. Had work going on. Sounded like a jackhammer all day. Terrible terrible. She ordered the deluxe room not a handicap room."
