ビーチ、バスの停留所、ABCstore 、スーパーマーケット、ショッピングセンター、レストラン、全てに近くロケーションが良い。 泊まった部屋はオーシャンビューで気持ちが良い。コンドミニアムとしてはとても良かったが、残念なところは、エアコンの音がうるさい割にあまり涼しくならない。道路の騒音が少し気になることである。
