"Large beachfront, many pools and great lazy river, many bars and dining options, excellent service from entire staff, premium bars, Excellence Club benefits, suite had great shower, jacuzzi tub inside the suite and another jacuzzi tub outside on the balcony which we greatly enjoyed, nice extras like champagne waiting in room, excellent service on the room like daily cleaning and turn-down services, entertainment options were higher caliber than other resort chains offer, great concierge attentiveness."

"Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that this service was offered to me every 4 days but only happened 3 times in 7 weeks. Upon me showing them this on my original booking, they promptly removed it from their site. I was not impressed with how this was handled and would certainly never recommend to anyone wanting these Accommodations long term. It was unfortunate because everything else was excellent."
