"Et utroligt flot hotel med god central beliggenhed og høj service. Flot udsigt til et af Berlins monumenter. Rengøringen var helt i top. Synligt personale med en diskretion, som gjorde det til en god og intim oplevelse. Flot morgenmadsbuffet, hvor der var alt, hvad hjertet begærer. "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
