"The location of this hotel was excellent, right on Nyhavn but at the end so noise was not an issue at all. Great daily breakfast and nice room service options if youre too tired to go out to eat every single night. The only minor issue was that my room was very dark as it faced a wall and the lamps did not provide enough light to make up for the lack of sunlight. The television service was quite poor as well and it kept shutting off completely in the middle of my watching something before bed...

"Lovely hotel and very gracious staff, and great bar downstairs for late night drinks. Our room was very large and comfortable. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor, but otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful property right by central station and tivoli amusement park. Staring my day at rooftop pool and sauna was lovely. The lobby was lovely and a great place to hangout in between sight seeing."

"While the hotel offered a very good amenities and services, it fell short of the expectations typically associated with a 5-star establishment just for the room accomodation.(bathroom). The staff were super polite and very welcoming (5 stars)! Overall, it provided a comfortable stay and I will come back again!"

"Fantastic for a short stay only issue was nothing to do with the accommodation was just unfortunate to land in a room of people who went to bed at ridiculous o clock so having to get around the room with the phone light Bit hot at night so mini fans may be a nice addition "
