"It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. "

"The room was clean and centrally located. Central location made for some evening noise but …. Close to restaurants and the main shopping street made up for that! Close to the ocean, am watching surfers and sea turtles as I type. Pick up and delivery from/to the airport was fabulous so I didn’t have to rent a vehicle. "

"Everything stood out. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was so wonderful. The ambiance was to die for! Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. The staff were so warm and welcoming, bringing us a basket of fresh items for us to cook breakfast for ourselves the next morning.
