โรงแรมและที่พักในPuerto Morelos

"I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts."

"Beautiful resort and just the perfect size. A very quick walk across the street to the beach which was actually quite nice. the rooftop pool lounge area was our favourite feature. the staff were all fabulous! absolutely loved our time here!"

"This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark. The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning. The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...

"Beech lovers be aware of a shallow waters at the beech, if you like pools they are great at this resort. The other con is that you can get coffee at the main lobby only compare to other resorts where they have it at the beech bar. All restorants have a grate food and service!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good at every meal. However, the property felt outdated and could use some renovations and better maintenance. The road leading to the hotel was in such poor condition that we initially thought we were going to the wrong place. The staff were generally helpful, but the service was average rather than exceptional."

"Lo único que no estuve de acuerdo, fue en mi reserva ya que decía que había reservado una doble King y en las imágenes aparecía que eran dos recámaras continuas y llegando al front desk me dijeron que era una king por lo que terminaron dándome una de dos camas queen. (Es la primera vez que me pasa que un hotel no respete la habitación que se dice en su publicación y casi siempre he reservado por Expedia precisamente porque es claro en las reservaciones y fotos que aparecen en los hoteles. El...

"The resort the food was amazing, but the room was not. They kept forgetting to fill up her fridge. Keep forgetting to put some towels and toilet paper."

"Great location! Rooms are simple and clean, a little dated Staff helpful. The view was amazing. For the price it's worth staying and close to everything you need."

"Resort was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were great. Loved the pools. Easy to find spaces to sit on loungers. My only note was that as someone with allergies and dietary restrictions, finding food without dairy was often tricky and the signs weren't always labelled correct. I definitely picked up items with meat or dairy by accident or items I could eat were spread out!"

"El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos"

"Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Good air con."

"Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées"

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"Just one word I would never stay in this hotel ever, not reccomended. No wifi no hot water"
