"The room and grounds were all very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a quiet area north of town, so you’ll have a peaceful time. There aren’t many things around the hotel, which means you’ll have to walk a moderate distance or drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, a very nice property. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"In general, this resort was clean and staff are friendly. My family stayed in Ventus Ha and the facilities are newer and a lot calmer than the main resort. The only thing that I can suggest would be to have faster guest services. I was in line on the front desk to have my key card changed because it deactivated somehow and I waited for 30 minutes because there was only 1 person in the front desk around 6pm. Also, it took more that an hour for room service in the late afternoon."

"Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...
