This is the best resort we have been to so far. We loved the food, the staff was friendly, and the facility was modern and spotless. The animals on the resort are a nice perk. The only things we felt were missing was a couple of snack bars near the pools and for the towel counters to stay open a bit later (they close at 6:30 but the pools are open until 9:00).

Room was a wonderful size, staff is beyond friendly and caters to all your needs, resort is very clean and well maintained, so many different pools, activities for the whole family. Only downfall is the sargassum which affects the ocean and beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ventus Ha. It was nice to be at the smaller, quieter resort but still have access to the other two resorts just acorss the street. Ruf, the roof top bar, is an excellent oasis and the bartender, Felix, took terrific care of us!

The beach was no good! Stagnant water due to the blockades of geobags—many of them! The internet was terrible only 2 wifi connections allowed per room. Restaurant reservations were difficult to come by used the buffets mainly. Otherwise the resort was clean and beautiful, the pools were plenty, staff was great. The nature of this area is breathtaking.
