"The hotel overall was maintained and the staff were super friendly! The areas for improvement are for the plunge pools, ours had a bunch of the stuff falling from the trees that it would hurt the bottom of our feet. "I can’t say how much we enjoyed this resort! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Met some amazing people and the staff was off the charts. Enrique our butler made everything fun easy and special. Eugenio and Ernesto at the pool bars were so attentive. Roger at breakfast. We got to do a ceviche class with executive chef Octavio and had the best time. Rooms amazing! Beds changed twice per day. "The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. "The food there isn’t great. Two of the restaurants were just ok. The drinks were gross. It gave me a headache. I was scolded by an employee named Vicente at the pool for having my dog on a stroller there. While checking in, they said I could. Vicente had an attitude and was very rude. They says dog friendly but it really wasn’t. We booked a swim out beach front and the water in our pool wasn’t that clean. I see them cleaning the ones near the pool more.i regret staying here."
