The whole 4 days of experience is wonderful. Good and friendly staffs, they are genuine and kind. Service is good. There was also activities at the pool for adults and kids. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. The food and drinks were great. If you want reliable transportation this is NOT the place for you. We also had construction during our stay in the evenings and on the weekend.

Overall very nice place. It’s quiet which is what we were looking for, The room was outstanding very clean, Great variety of food any time of day (highlight was the omelette station at breakfast!) Good for kids. Beach was very nice they are consistent at cleaning seaweed and it’s only a little bit rocky when you go in.

Terrific stay. The staff is numerous and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. Just decline the timeshare presentation offer and not your stay. Excellent food, perfect facilities....we couldn't even hear the construction next door. Will stay here next year.

Service was exceptional from start to finish. Our personal concierge, David, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The kids club team were outstanding, creating engaging and thoughtfully coordinated activities that our children absolutely loved. The dining experience truly set this resort apart. The variety and quality of food exceeded expectations, and the emphasis on à la carte options was a refreshing change from the typical all-inclusive buffet. Every meal felt elevated and carefully prepared. We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning.
