"We just got back from a week long stay for SB. We enjoyed it very much! 4/5 Pros: The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. They have lots of pool space so you can pick what suits you best. They have water slides and a lazy river. Food was ok (buffet seems to be the same most days) The speciality resturants were all good! They do have a good system where each family can only choice one a day so everyone gets a fair chance. The beach was gorgeous. (we did have a few days with lots of seagrass (but outta their control) they did have people with tractors working to clear it daily. I would say a few of my favorite things about this place was the shows and entertainment for kids. we had our 6 year old with us and everyday they had something exciting for her; design your own t shirt, hand dipping, puppet shows, kids parties, soccer, butterfly release, you name it they did it! They also had a trampoline park and a small arcade that my daughter enjoyed! Cons: My least favorite part of this place and woulda gave it a 10/10 is that the pools were all cold. It was hard to enjoy. You could see everyone around thought the same thing as they got it. I honestly wouldn’t go back for this reason. The ocean water was warmer than the pool water. But we had an croc go into the water by the hotel so we were hesitant of the ocean a lot. They do try and get you to a meeting to buy into their company. They call it the diamond club. We sat in a meeting and they try to sell you it. "

"My friends had their wedding at the resort and everything was top notch. The service at every point was beyond amazing. Very attentive. The pools were not highly packed and even though there were families present , everyone was super respectful. There was never a moment where I thought i wasted money coming here and it was superb. Definitely would stay here again for a destination wedding or just for a getaway. The quality of food was so amazing and that's not always the case at some inclusive resorts. My wife and I took advantage of the spa services which were extra charge but the price wasn't any crazier than other places. Top notch service as well. We did the fish foot scrub and whereas some places just let you stick your foot in and that's it, this service involved the cleaning and washing of our feet first. When we finally sat down and put our feet in the fish tank, we were also given heated neck pillows for comfort. Room service was basically 24 hours and you can get anything from food to towels. The coco cafe was 24 hours where you can grab small bite sized food to bakery items to smoothies and coffee. We went to the cafe a lot thru our whole stay. My friends ceremony on the infinity pool was so amazing!! The lazy river was super relaxing and never crowded with people. Just a great weekend! "
