"If you see a negative reviews here , thats just people trying to nit pick and find stuff to complain about. Resort was amazing. Staff was so friendly. It was super clean. Drinks were not dilluted like most of the other all inclusive resorts. Food was not amazing but was above average. You will find so many activities every single day. Like pool volleyball , pool basketball, aqua exercices. Live music evety night in the lobby, libe events every night around 9pm (fire shows, dance, karaoke, etc. Book this resort and have a blast."

"Pool was a bit warm but overall very enjoyable. Food from restaurants are better than buffet for sure. Service is amazing. The staff works overtime to make sure you have the best experience. My husband and I enjoyed our babymoon. We had the most relaxing and fun time. "

"This was the best resort i’ve ever stayed in. Was a perfect balance of calm, relaxing, and fun. There is so many activities throughout the day and they are instructed by an amazing group of staff. The staff was always attentive and ensuring your trip is going as perfect as possible. Everything was SO clean, from the pools to the room. One concern I had for the property before going was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi. It was SPARKLING. Everything at this resort impressed me. Don’t get me started on the food. Go to La Brisas. I’ve stayed in multiple resorts and none compared to the A la carte restaurants on this property. Which are fully included and unlimited. Speaking of fully included and unlimited, room service, and it was actually good. One of the best things I ate while here was the room service chicken quesadilla, which was available no where else. Macrame activity was the best, but make sure you reserve it early that day. So many great things to say about this resort. Want to try other resorts around cancun but I don’t know if I can anymore now that i’ve been here."

"Just got back from a week at Breathless Riviera Cancun and honestly… this trip was exactly what I needed. The resort itself was beautiful. Great pools, solid food, clean rooms, fun nightlife, and the entire property had a really relaxing energy. The Xhale Club upgrade was worth it in my opinion quieter areas, better views, and overall a more premium experience. Huge shoutout to Julio at the front desk for helping me switch rooms and making the stay even better. One thing I appreciated most was the balance. You can party if you want, but you can also slow down, relax by the ocean, grab coffee in the morning, and just enjoy being present. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming the entire trip. This trip honestly reminded me what freedom and peace are supposed to feel like. I came home feeling refreshed, inspired, and already thinking about coming back. If you’re looking for a beautiful adults-only resort near Cancun with a fun atmosphere and great vibes, I’d definitely recommend Breathless Riviera Cancun."

"This is a great resort to stay as a family! The food was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there was just so much to do. My kids had never been to Mexico before and everyone at Dreams Natura made it a perfect vacation for them filled with memories. "A sad experience overall. This place is kinda on its last leg and it shows. Most the employees are super nice. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Elevators broken, phones, broken, bathtubs broken, lots of lights broken. The food is really some of the worst I’ve ever had. The “Asian” place is especially horrible. Everything was near inedible. Whoever makes their Pad Thaiust never had pad Thai because it’s not even similar. The “Italian” place isn’t much better. The pasta tastes like it was left out over night and reheated. Has a chalky texture to the sauce and very heavy and sticky. The chicken Parma was the worst I’ve ever had. Ironically the osobucco wasn’t terrible. The manager, Faviana, was especially rude. I spoke to her about the elevators and phone and she was not only unsurprised by this, but genuinely seemed confused as to why I was mentioning it. She kept looking and smirking at her employees like “look what I have to deal with”. Incredibly rude and condescending. My guess is this is someone who knows the place is falling apart and is well past worrying about the complaints. Anyway, I left after one night. Simply not worth it. Booked somewhere else and it’s far nicer. "

"Most of the hotel staff dont speak english at all so it was frustrating as hell the buffet area had a terrible smell and the food was not good very average for a 5 star. I will never ever return to a Royalton dont care where it is they all about upselling. We paid to updrade our room to Ocean view but the beach was not the greatest and the water had a very strong smell. overall, I will give this property a three star there's no way for five star. I'm just really disappointed at how the staff they were very rude. They tried to keep me hostage by letting me know that I cannot have anyone picking me up from the hotel and my options were to take their cab which cost US$60 one way to get to the Hotel zone being the fact that they are in nowhere like I mean in the woods and it takes a long time driving from the resort just out to the main roads why would anyone have a problem with somebody coming in to pick up a guest who gives Sole permission to whoever is picking them up? I do understand the safety is a concern, but if the guest is willing to sign themselves out, why are you trying to hold them as a hostage and I'm really disappointed I will never ever ever return to another Royalton and I definitely gonna take this even further because the food the water around the property the entertainment around the property. There's just nothing five star. I'm sorry nothing. suggestion for those who really want to go to this property ensure they have a rental car because its costly by cabs. "
