They did not send the check-in instructions although we made sure to inform them about our arrival time, we even made sure that expedia/hotels.com agent call them to confirm the time. They promised to reply but they didn't. When we arrived we had to stay almost 2 hours waiting, we had to use our international phone to call and had to pay for a roaming call to get the instructions as their whatsapp chat didn't recognise the reservation number.
