The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Spacious room. I will love to be there again and again. The breakfast was absolutely nice. It easy to connect to major Tourist points via metro.

The room (and view!) was incredible. We have a balcony overlooking the Royal Palace, which made the stay really enjoyable. The AC worked perfectly too! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful!

The room is basic but fine. However the location near the historic area, the metro and trains, and near the river and parks is great. And there are common areas that you can use to have more space. Also very nice to have a laundry that uses an app. Just need to get detergent from the grocery store nearby.

Nice place. Didn't use the patio much as it was shared with other rooms and not very nice ( a couple of chairs/tables on concrete). There are alot of amenities and everything is in a walkable distance. The metro is right on the other side of the street.

The room is very spacious and in great condition. I found that the beds were not the comfiest place to sleep on nor was the pillows, but it wasn’t unbearable. The hotel was budget friendly and we don’t expect anything fancy. Nonetheless, my sister and I still found the hotel a good place to stay, especially since it was so close to the Principo Pio station! The location of the hotel was in a generally safe areal and its close to the Palace!

It was nice and clean. Front desk spoke English which helped being from US. The housekeeping intervals were unclear so we never were cleaned in 6 days but we didn't specifically ask so no harm no foul. They did give us towels and TP at front when asked. Halls were quiet and the ac was great. The location for a first visit to Madrid was awesome. A mall and train across the street, fast Uber service and Temple and Palace a reasonable walk. All in all I recommend this for a no frills but clean and safe home base.

The housekeeper do not take out the trash when she cleans the room and leave the door open. As a consequence the air conditioner doesn’t work well. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast good .
