手荷物・キャリーバック等たくさん持参し、チェックイン。その後、フロントのスタッフの方が、部屋まで手荷物を運んでくださり、とても助かりました。 お部屋がカーテンではなく、日本の障子の様な内窓になっており、和テイスト・京都らしく感じ、とても落ち着きました。 使い捨てスリッパが個別包装されているともっと良かったと思います。

仕方ないものの、温泉改装工事期間で利用できず不満あり 部屋の洗面台が独立設計でありミラー設置もなく狭くて不満 トイレに着座したら分かるがドアが近過ぎて前屈みできない設計はどうかと思う 向かいにスーパーあり便利であった

ホテル近くでイベントがあり初めて利用しました。 古い作りの建物ですが、内装は改修されていてとても清潔でした。 1人で予約しましたが、ツインルームの広いお部屋を用意していただき、とても快適に過ごせました。 夜は騒音もなく静かで、朝は小鳥の囀りで目が覚めるようなとても良い環境です。 残念ながらお風呂は、ホテル内装を改修中なため露天風呂が使えませんでしたが、シャワーが部屋に付いているため問題なかったです。 おすすめは、朝食ビュッフェで、希望があればオムレツをその場で焼いてくれます。 とても美味しくいただきました。 他の料理も、京都の味を楽しめる内容で、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 京都駅とホテルのシャトルバスも出ているため、時間が合えば利用されると良いと思います。 スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で気持ちよかったです。 ホテル近くには24時間営業のスーパーもあり、買い物にも困りません。 今度は露天風呂が入れる時期に予約したいです。

ツインのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、改装中だからなのか、カードキーが1枚のみ。2人別々に動きたい時とても不便でした。 お部屋の明かりも、スイッチが多すぎて分かりにくく、消したつもりがつけていたり。 ベッドが非常に高くて、小柄な私たちは毎回よじ登るように上がらねばならず、ベッドに少し腰掛けるということができませんでした。 またベッドに高さがあるのに下が収納(キャリーなどを入れられる)訳ではなく、荷物の置き場にも非常に困りました。 またテレビの位置やソファの位置が絶妙に悪く、ソファからもベッドからも、テレビが見にくい。 いちばん困ったのはお風呂で、いいお値段なのにユニットバス。 シャワーカーテンがなく、入浴するとあちこちに水が飛び、壁に体をつけるようにして入浴しました。 タオル掛けや置き場が無く、毎回手を洗う度にトイレの外までタオルを取りに行ったりと、必要なものが足りていない印象。 また排水が宜しくないのか、入用していると徐々にトイレ側まで排水が溢れてくる始末。 バスマットは意味をなさないほどビタビタと濡れて浮くほど。 正直入浴した足でそのトイレまで濡らした排水まみれのバスマットを踏むのが不快でたまりませんでした。 洗面所のボウルも小さく、顔を洗うだけで周囲がびしょびしょ。 排水は施行不良かとおもいますが、シャワーカーテン1枚くらいはつけてもいいのではないでしょうか。

平安神宮近くの分かり易い場所にありました。 新館を勧められましたが一人旅、寝るだけということで旧館に宿泊しました。 建物は旧館だけあって古かったのですが、清掃がとても行き届いていて気持ち良く過す事ができました。 次に泊まる機会があったら新館に泊まってみようと思います。

・２泊したが朝食メニューが全く同じで驚いた。会場も宴会場を模様替えした感じ。 ・スタッフ対応がマニュアル通りな印象。笑顔がない。説明が通り一遍で丁寧さに欠ける。 ・4/2、4/3宿泊したが気温が高く、全館暖房設定で20℃以下に下げられないため非常に暑かった。ホテルにその旨話しサーキュレーターを貸してもらった。 ・20時頃チェックインしたがホテル内のレストランは閉店していたので、外に出たが殆ど閉まっており、かなり歩かされた。ホテル側の情報は正確に願いたい。 ・立派な部屋だったが洗面・浴室にタオルを掛ける物がなかった。
