It’s a basic hotel with a nearby metro station, which makes it very convenient for visiting Japan. The breakfast is very good, with local food. I loved the public bath, very spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Great hotel at the heart of Kyoto. Close to everthing yet quiet during night time for perfect sleep. Staff is very helpful and always onthe lookout to make your stay more enjoyable. Also fantastic breakfast buffet with strong Japanese flavor.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the meeting point for my sightseeing tour and also offered a Japanese-style spa with a sauna. The location was excellent, right in front of Kyoto Station, with many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Like most business hotels in Japan, the room was small, but it was sufficient for a short stay of one or two nights.

The breakfast buffet was very good; we actually looked forward to it. Easy to use laundry machine that washes and dries in the same machine that you can lock with your own code. Very convenient and stress free. Short walk to the station. We’ll definitely stay here again when in Kyoto. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything about our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional – always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious (considering Japan standard) with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The location is perfect – close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We also loved the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to suit all tastes. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and every detail showed a high level of care and quality.
