Hotel staff was amazing. More washing machines would have been nice. We booked 3 rooms, and all 3 were different sizes, mine being the smallest, but we made do. Everything else in the room was 5/5 Bus stops right outside the hotel was super convenient

The rooms are always great. I've stayed at this hotel during 3 of my trips to Kyoto. It's in a good location between the station and some great morning/evening attractions in case you miss buses.

We found this hotel to be quite nice with a fairly spacious room for 2 people compared to some other hotels in Japan. The cleanliness could have been a bit better. Location was decent, but a bus was needed to get to most places. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We got our rooms at a great price too. There’s a convenience store across the street and there are bus stations on every corner of the intersection where the hotel is - very convenient! Most food places are about a 10 minute walk towards Shin-Omiya station. Overall would consider coming back to this location!

We rented 3 rooms and the carpet was pretty gross in all 3 (stains). Other than that, the rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. It is on a main street so it was noisy if you're a light sleeper. There was a couple bus stops very close to the hotel.

Very nice place/room, location and staff. It’s easy to get there with a bus, and there are lots of shops and convenience stores nearby. The staff can recommend places (like a good onsen) so don’t be afraid to ask!
