"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). "We have a short but lovely stay at this property that exceeded our expectations given the average hotel in Japan can be so small. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and was only about 30 minutes by taxi from the Haneda airport. We had a 4 BR room that was convenient and the kids enjoyed the quality of the shower and amenities. "Express Dormy Inn has friendly and helpful staff. They've got everything you need, including the best feature (in my opinion) the foot bath at level 10. We get to relax and recover our overly exhausted feet from all the walking around in Tokyo. The location is good enough, walkable to many different metro operators. The only thing I don't like is the facility/building itself is quite outdated. Clean and tidy, but outdated. Which I know it could be a deal breaker for some. And the outdatedness is...
