Express Dormy Inn has friendly and helpful staff. They've got everything you need, including the best feature (in my opinion) the foot bath at level 10. We get to relax and recover our overly exhausted feet from all the walking around in Tokyo. The location is good enough, walkable to many different metro operators. The only thing I don't like is the facility/building itself is quite outdated. Clean and tidy, but outdated. Which I know it could be a deal breaker for some. And the outdatedness is the reason that I took off a star out of 5. Everything else I'm quite happy with.

Overall nice hotel, but actual toilet was too small.
If you ask me what a dungeon looks like. This is the dungeon. Very old facilities. The bed sheet and duvet are wet… never again! Front desk people are friendly though.
Fabulous location in Asakusa and good facilities.
The room was well designed to utilise the space, but is incredibly small with the small double against the wall, with no access at the bottom.
