Huge credit to them — I didn’t have a charger, just a usb cable, and the usb in my first room was broken. Within 10 mins, they had me moved to a new room with a working outlet. Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of NYC

One of the beds in the room had a flat spot on the edge from sitting on the bed. Doesn’t seem like they ever get flipped or rotated to even the wear. Had a small window to look out. Parking garage is max of 6’ 7”. Not central to the rest of the hotel so be ready for a walk through the casino
