Huge credit to them — I didn’t have a charger, just a usb cable, and the usb in my first room was broken. Within 10 mins, they had me moved to a new room with a working outlet. Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of NYC

Resort was kept really clean and the staff was simply amazing during our stay March 10-15th. I can’t say enough great things about this resort ! Def would recommend majestic elegance and hopefully u will meet Pedro during your stay. Hands down the best server we had!!
