Very clean and well run hotel located in 'Odaiba'- a lovely spot.The hotel offers both a breakfast and dinner buffet which I would recommend as the food on offer although not of huge choice IS of a very nice quality- so perfect for those guests who do not need a massive selection but are in search of good quality food and drink.The only exception to that would be the coffee - straight out of the machine aka 'gas station quality'...but other than that a big thumbs up.👍

This hotel was beautiful!!!!!! Clean!!!!! Amazing view of the rainbow bridge in the rooms.The staff was soooooo nice and very helpful! The breakfast buffet is definitely a must if you are going to stay we stayed about 12 days and we enjoyed our daily breakfast. Kid friendly my child is 15 years old and really loved it here. She enjoyed taking pictures in the balcony as well. Room service was amazing as well. We will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Japan

I am happy I decided to stay at the hotel with my family. The hotel and surrendings are gorgeous and calming since it is located by the Tokyo Bay. The view in the restaurant, gym, lobby, and our room are fantastic.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Super clean hotel and very accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was a 10 out of 10. Location is also great. It’s next to an American Shopping mall (Aqua City Mall) that had many types of American amenities and American themed restaurants. Also next to a train station, which is super accessible and is only a few minutes of walking distance. I would recommend booking a room with a view of the rainbow bridge. The only negative is that it’s a little far from the Narita Airport (approx 1 hour away) but it’s 100% worth it. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Teppanyaki restaurant was excellent. A little annoying that I couldn’t get a late check out because, as I was told, I booked through Expedia and not directly from the hotel even though I have status at Hilton. Next staff member was more accommodating when she booked us the Teppanyaki lunch and knew we would spend some money there and then got us the later checkout, but regardless, my status should be enough to get a late checkout. Otherwise, hotel is beautiful. Very well maintained and comfortable. Staff are very nice. Location is great.

Their spa is so relaxing especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the view of the rainbow bridge was awesome. This hotel maintain its 5 star status. Highly recommend.

Each room has a little balcony with great views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Daiba monorail stop and there are express buses to Haneda and Narita airports. One wing of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, but the work is only done during the day and not disruptive. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide range of Japanese and European choices. Spacious rooms and baths, well equipped and comfortable, housekeeping every day is included. Free wifi for Hilton Honors members.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We were a last minute booking after we missed our connecting flight at Haneda. We had no luggage or anything besides what we were wearing and our back packs. I was very pleasantly surprised that the room had all the amenities we needed including skincare! The breakfast buffet was good, and staff there were excellent as well! Thank you for us tired, stranded tavellers!

I was very surprised at the quality of the property. It is in major need of a renovation. Pretty much all the doors on our floor (11th) were very dirty as well as the base boards. The carpets in the hallway were extremely worn down. Our room also showed significant signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and the view was spectacular
