"Mallory was great at check in. We did not know that we could call to turn up a/c...but just dial 0 and ask. Onky downside was traffic noise but they do provide earplugs! Very comfortable stay."

"Unexpectedly let us check in early, which was wonderful. Had only asked if we might park there early while enjoying a hop on, hop off tour around the city.
