"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Tomos. It was our first hotel in Tokyo and it was great. We had the family room so it was enormous by Tokyo standards. The roof deck was also fantastic for viewing the lights at Tokyo Skytree at night. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and incredibly helpful. They helped us arrange our luggage transfer to our next destination. We are a family of three with two preteens so having a 7/11 directly across the street was super convenient. "Room was great and staff always replenished all bathroom amenities if used everyday. Less than 10 minutes walk to the closest train station and about 15 minite walk to the skytree! Would definitely go back again! 2-3 adult person is the best for the space, could go for 4 if 2 are kids! And free drinks at the lobby"

"Overall the stay is good for its location, walkable to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage skytree station. But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. Thank you!"

"Perfect room for families, staff were so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was great to get your own private Tokyo view! The area was great and we found it easy to navigate around Tokyo with our 8 and 5 year old. Laundry at the hotel and the luggage forwarding service were also a brilliant service."

"The property is very close to the landmark Skytree and there's several great shopping malls for groceries supply and some nice fashion brand. Transportation nearby is convenient. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the facilities in this property. The apartment is nicely decorated. Muffle noises from upstairs and next door in mid night is a bit disturbing due to the thin wall separation. And there's quite a heavy drain smell coming out from the washing machine corner. "
