"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. "This was our second time in this hotel and again it didn't fail our expectations. From the check-in to the check-out, it was all a nice experience. All staff were pleasant and thoughtful. Still remember the smile, humbleness and helpfulness of Bienvenido in the main buffet. You can tell they have all been well trained. We were part of the ‘preferred club’ which gives you access to special areas with food, food and private beach area. We had a blast! "

"We had a great time with our family at this hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The service was amazing as well. Alvaro from the Asian restaurant was super nice and helpful. Rafael in the Seagrill restaurant was also super quick in serving us and very nice. Merihan from concierge was constantly checking on us and very helpful as well."
"This is a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Bayahibe. I thought the room was lovely and the people who worked there were courteous and helpful. EXCEPT: they do not have enough staff. So, there is a wait to check in and check out. And, the breakfast does not start until 8 am, which meant that both mornings I was there, the breakfast I paid for was not available because my scuba began in Bayahibe at 8 am.
