The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing.

Staff very nice and well trained, check in was 5 minutes, a very big room with everything new. Very well maintained inside and out. Ice cold A/C. Could benefit from more bed sheets and more pillows. The Tracadero property is a beautiful, lush, tropical oasis with infinity pools, gorgeous flowering bushes and majestic palms throughout. There's an excellent outdoor pizza place and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast and supper at the onsite restaurant. There is no beach but excellent snorkeling right off the rocky ledge and down a ladder. The people that work there are all very accommodating and we never had any issues in dealing with them. Our unit [#83 Marina] was large but sparse in that only 1 wine glass and 2 water glasses were to be found in the cupboards and NO microwave to be had. More were delivered but should have been available from the start since the unit can accommodate up to 4 people. Provided housekeeping items can be sparse but once you contact reception any needed items are delivered but maybe not post haste. All in all we loved our 4-night stay at Tracadero, both on site and walking around the Dominicus area either for supplies at the Mini Mart or enjoying delicious meals at an excellent choice of local restaurants.

The location and view was beautiful! The bartenders Ruben, and Harlem at the Esko Bar were great. The only disappointment was that the facilities are open to the public so you get a lot of kids and people that do not respect your space. I paid a lot of money and I thought I would have exclusive use of the facilities along with other paying guests. The second thing, I was patient and asked the front registration to please provide me with hot water. Finally after day 3 I got hot water. I travelled solo and this is not a place for solo travelers. Very few people speak English most are Italian or Spanish speaking.

The hotel has a great environment, beautiful scenery, a beautiful swimming pool, and delicious food in the restaurant. I like this hotel very much. I will choose it again next time I have the chance.
