"I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better."

"This hotel is beautiful, surrounded by exotic plants and turquoise waters. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. The only issue was that the elevator took a long time to arrive."

"Pros: price, location to beach and restaurants, breakfast included, the pool was nice
Cons: You get below what you paid for here. The hotel does not have a clothes dryer and the guest bedding and towels are line dried which is crucial information to have for someone with certain allergies. The keys are left in the door for the next guest which enables anyone to come in your room after housekeeping comes and before the room is assigned to you.
