The property was comfortable, one of the best experience. Food was great and in abundance, never short of anything. Cleanliness of Resort was superb, grounds were well manicured. Beach had more than enough chairs to kick back and enjoy.

Only for a short stay near PUJ

Overall very clean and quite close to PUJ, but poor service (they give us a key to a room that was occupied), useless shower (broken head, no hot water), very poor noise and light isolation in the room.

The hotel staff was very understanding and kind but the pictures did represent the hotel correctly. It almost seemed like two different locations. The room I was staying lacked hot water for showers. Major renovations needed.

Not the best choice

The location of this hotel is far from ideal. The room was clean and bedbug free. There were absolutely no amenities. The door lock was very difficult to open or close. There was no working WiFi(although advertised). The shower had cold water only. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was so loud it was impossible to get a good nights sleep (and I was exhausted). English was very limited. The person on the desk was very helpful and obliging. If it wasn’t for him this experience could have been a whole lot worse.

Although the room was VERY spacious. The staff was very nice. The sheets & the towels were DISGUSTING. The sheets had stains. The towels not only had stains but was rough, they had a bad smell & they had holes. The shower head was broken. Would NOT recommend at all.

Hotel was near airport and quick to checkin. Needed something for 5-6 hours. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Though property needs an update and maintenance. Personally I would spend more money for better stay.

This is a good place to stay if you want a clean cheap room with no-frills. I stayed here the night before we had to fly out. Good location if you want to be close to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were dirty with mold, the sink smelled musty, and the entire room had a strong moldy odor. Many of the fixtures were rusty. It was so uncomfortable that I stayed for less than an hour and had to rent an Airbnb instead. Despite the great staff, the property itself needs major improvements.
