"Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station. It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."

"Based on the pictures you couldn’t tell this is a massive hotel with hundreds of room per floors. The hallways vibe « The Shining ». The staff is rude, long waiting lines at the desk and elevators. No A/C in the room and no ventilation. I rented a « familiy room » which was in fact a 2 person room with 4 twin beds with barely any space to move around making this a security risk. I understand London is expensive but this wasn’t cheap either for this."

"After I confirmed room with insurance, Expedia provided my booking that said room was non-refundable. I also noted that there were no windows in this room. It turned out to be a basement room. I wasn’t in the room very much. London hit record breaking heat, so being in the basement was cooler than above ground. Disappointed that Expedia’s fine print was not apparent before purchase."

"This remodeled hotel is in the Earls Court neighborhood, convenient to the Tube and walkable to Hyde Park. The hotel offers a complimentary filtered water station, coffee, tea. There is a nice, shaded patio off the back. There are several stairs to navigate and no elevator. However, the front desk staff helped me with my large suitcase. The front desk is manned 24 hours by friendly, helpful staff, the room felt spacious for an older property and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable...

"The St Giles has undergone a drastic transformation under new ownership, and unfortunately, it’s all at the guest's expense. The once-standard amenities are gone: no in-room tea or coffee, and even basic towels are no longer a guarantee. To top it off, they are now charging a staggering £10 per item for luggage storage. With a pushed-back 3 PM check-in and stripped-back facilities, it feels like every basic service has been 'unbundled' just to price-gouge. Truly a shame to see such a central...

"This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The location is really convenient, right above Victoria station. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. Bus stations all around to get us everywhere. When we got there, there were a bit of stairs in front of the entrance. There's an attendant there 24/7 to help you carry suitcases up and down those stairs, which was super appreciated.
