"Due to a wedding in the property, which we were not warned about (apparently Hotel can't contact Expedia customers), we got very little sleep. Some of the wedding guests decided to have their own party/social event between 2:30 AM - 5:30 AM meaning we got virtually no sleep. Rang reception to inform them of the noise at 3.45am. "The hotel is very good, has a a big free car park.The reception staff are friendly and helpful. While on the ground floor the restaurant is also very good.The food is quality and big portions . The Wine and beer selection is good too.There are 2 lifts to the 4 levels .Each level has water coolers and easy chairs. Our room had 2 very comfortable double beds tv kettle hairdryer. Very clean and good quality. The bathroom is large and separate toilet. The rooms are air conditioned and quiet."

"Breakfast good choice, poached eggs overdone and staff cheerful. Paper thin walls mean you hear every small noise so not great. Lovely grounds to walk in and the nearby Rock Inn pub well worth a visit."
