"It could have been really good but lots of things need to be better. Checking was 45 mins long in the afternoon, as the online checking via form took a l long time, requiring everyone's details in my party! Why was that needed? It was a hot weekend and our room's air conditioning did not work. We spoke to staff and they promised someone would come to check the controls, no one came. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. Noise from the street in noticeable when the windows are open. We stayed in a room with 3 separate bed which was surprisingly spacious but dated. "No cup,no hot water spit,bathroom too small"

"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."
