"Espectacular!"

"Overall, a good place to stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly! Especially Susan, Elias, Felipe and Yoi! Rooms were clean and had what we needed. As we are finding with most resorts the food is a little blah, so take seasoning! lol. Remember it is kid friendly. It is on the smaller size, which we liked and even with it being smaller things are not over busy. Like the pool is big enough and the few places to eat weren't ever packed. Thank you to all of you for a great stay!"

"I would rate this a 3.5/5 rating. Food is edible, rooms are clean & comfortable, drinks were good, the pool was HUGE & nice (teenagers played endless volleyball), nightly entertainment was good l, & the beach is absolutely stunning. Chairs are included, just ask.. missing a coffee shop with ice cream & pastries and. 1st & foremost the staff was amazing. Juan Morice went above and beyond around the pool. He made sure to always try and make sure your smiling while getting you anything you need....

"I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests."

"Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. "I booked a trip with my family to this place! Overall the place where is located is a nice place but for the price worth the owner should definitely consider of investing with the renovations of the rooms they definitely need improved starting with the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen and living room some of the furniture was rusty and old specially the mattresses they looked very old. "The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The hot springs were great but some were so hot we couldn't get into them. The restaurant was good and the free breakfast was excellent. Our kids had a great time in the pool and seeing the birds."

"While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing."

"Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days."
