"The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. "The thermal was amazing very well maintained. My only complaint was my room had a terrible mold smell . I didn’t complain at first but then I had headaches they sent somebody to fix but then the smell got worse the next day they offered me another room but I was about to leave next morning didn’t make any sense. The price that I paid I did not excepted that to happened"

"Staff very nice room not clean we found insects and cockroach in the room and walking in the bed try to change room the room they offer was worse so I tell to deep clean the room the food was blended the beach was nice but very hot and humid every day got sick I think from the drink from the pool I try to drink bottle water, everything is very expensive the road r very bad a lot pot hole they drive very slow, very nice and courteous people"

"Just got back from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and loved the filtered water machine and cappuccino maker in our room. Most food was very good with Bamboo (Asian) and Manglar (seafood) being our favorite restaurants. The pizza stand by the pool was awesome! The pool and pool bar staff were fun. Shoutout to Alan at the club swim-up bar. Recommend paying extra for the club adult side of the resort if you are traveling without kids. The beach was also great! We swam in...

"The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop."

"This hotel and property were fabulous! The grounds were absolutely stunning and the staff were fantastic! When we first checked in Esteban showed us around and explained everything about the property. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 5. We told Esteban we were hoping to see animals and he offered to take us around and look for animals the next morning. "The entire hotel is well designed with attention to details. Welcoming new guests with clap and drinks is a very nice touch! There are at least 6 bars. My favorite is the coffee shop Fuel. The staff is amazing. From servers to the entertainment team to the night shows’ team to the lobby folks. All were very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel 👍"

"Pools were great, but that was pretty much it. This is an older, has been resort. It has great potential, but they seem to skimp on everything. There were two of us in a family suite. Not a couple, just 2 female friends. They only would give us 2 towels and 1 hand towel, and no wash cloths, even when requested more. We were told that’s all they give for 2 people.
