"Resort was beautiful. Staff was amazing! Traveled July 28-August 1 with young adult children that wanted to experience everything. Sargassum was overwhelming, but resort did send messages ahead of our stay letting us know the situation. Resort is a bit off from all of the excursion activities. I would stay again with just my husband and I for a relaxing, all-inclusive experience. Rooms were very clean. Overall, 8/10."

"We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Everything was very clean. Summer time the sargassum is too thick to use the beach on the property but the staff works hard to clean it daily. Pool was perfect, fun games for kids to play at pool. Would stay again!"

"It was a great stay. The rooms are very clean and the aesthetic is really nice"

"The hotel s nice, but the room was small with no windows, none. Was worried about safety in case of a fire. They have the best food, but I hate the extra fee on the bill even when take out. As a costumer I felt forced to leave a tip in that fee. I always leave tips. If you don't know better, you will double up on tips. The managers Ken and Joanna are the best. They were truly helpful from the beginning to the end. On a side note... They have the best cucumber juice."
