"A spacious and unique house with character - I was concerned when I read a review about it being run-down and dated, but that person must have been expexting a Hyatt. This house is right on the river with a wonderful veranda around the side and back, screened porches at each end of the house, a large well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. "The hotel had very little to no amenities. They had filtered water in the community kitchen. The room had a refrigerator and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. It's in walking distance to the ferry for caye caulker and San Pedro. They had a community refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited places that offer delivery for food. "
