"A spacious and unique house with character - I was concerned when I read a review about it being run-down and dated, but that person must have been expexting a Hyatt. This house is right on the river with a wonderful veranda around the side and back, screened porches at each end of the house, a large well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. "This is a nice, quiet property with HUGE rooms. There is a quirky garden area with whimsical signs. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. The best part is it is close to multiple restaurants and the docks. You can even easily walk to the Belize Museum."
