"The hotel and property were not as advertised. There is no air conditioning on site in any building used by guests. We were forced to seek other lodgings after a termite swarm invaded both rooms, the pool, dining area and reception. We paid for two rooms for two nights, and yet were given no partial refund despite our being on site for less than two hours. I do not recommend this hotel, ever."

"This was a neat place to stay. I wish I would’ve had more time to play golf. Our room was ok. There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling. There were no cross windows to open and no fan on a back up power source or even a battery fan in case of emergency which would’ve helped considerably. Overall our stay was...

"This place just was not our cup of tea, there is no outside food to be brought in, no refrigerator, no tv, no coffee maker in room and everything thing is about 2 hours away on a dirt road. Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly Rooms are tiny but cute Food was good for breakfast and lunch, dinner on the other hand you had 3 main courses to choose from which none was appealing to us. No other choices were available. The tubing down the river was amazing.. kinda like a lazy river.....

"When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again.
