I’m late writing this as we returned July 30th however our stay at the Royal Kahal was absolutely phenomenal! The customer service was superb from start to finish. Marla is so sweet and welcoming, and the coffee shop has not only amazing coffee but also the BEST turkey sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! 🥪☕️ Albert at the pool bar was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations and served up some delicious cocktails.🍹 Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. I’m already in the process of planning my next trip back to San Pedro, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you all so much for making our stay so special. We truly enjoyed every minute! ❤️🌴

Very central (5 min golf cart ride) to main area of stores and restaurants. Two min walk to marine terminal. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful to me as a first time visitor to Belize and solo traveler. I didn’t eat at the hotel as I was interested in eating at local spots that I’ve seen on social media. I felt very safe. The only downside is my room was on the same side as new construction so on my third day I woke up to the early 7:30 am sound of a large crane and drilling. Until the property next door is finished I would request a central room or opposite side of hotel. I would definitely stay again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Home Away From Home — Royal Kahal Beach Resort My son and I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my 55th birthday at Royal Kahal Beach Resort in San Pedro, Belize, from August 28–September 4, 2026, and I am so grateful that we chose to stay here. From the moment we arrived, the resort gave us that warm, peaceful feeling of being home away from home. The room aesthetics were beautiful, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It truly became our little piece of paradise during our stay. 🌴💛 The staff were equally wonderful. They were kind, courteous, genuinely welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to respond and willing to help. That level of hospitality made our experience even more special. Our experience was beautiful, peaceful, and memorable. I am thankful that my 55th birthday celebration included such a wonderful stay with my son in San Pedro. ❤️ Royal Kahal Beach Resort truly became our home away from home. The room was spotless and like new, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, the food was well above par vs other restaurants on the island, pool and beach front are perfect combo shade/sun. Highly recommended Royal kahal. Mr Burt (Bert?), Ms. Marta (Marla?), Mr Brian, Ian, and all the staff really set the place apart!

My wife and I looked at many hotels and resorts while planning our trip to Belize, and we ultimately chose the Royal Kahal Beach Resort’s Superior Beachfront Room. It was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were amazing, warm, personable, and incredibly helpful. We loved the experience so much that we extended our stay by four additional days. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. It truly had every bell and whistle you could ask for, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Royal Kahal Beach Resort to anyone visiting Belize.

This was my second year staying at this location for Christmas. I love this hotel everyone is very friendly and attentive to your needs. They really take pride in their job and it reflects throughout the hotel. The security guards are very friendly and make you feel very safe as well. The grounds keeper is the hardest working person I’ve seen in a long time. He’s sees a guest need and step right in and makes sure they have everything they need without hesitation. I will continue to book here every time I visit San Pedro.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our suite had a stunning view of the ocean. It was clean, and the staff were incredible. The location is prefect, away from the loud main strip of San Pedro, but not too far out. Three pool was perfect, in the sun on the morning, and shaded over by the heat of the afternoon. The water taxi is right next door and the airport not far. We cooked in the kitchen and ate in the restaurants, nice to have both options. We would stay here again.
