"The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but was extremely impressed upon arrival. The hotel is large with lots of amenities, most which I didn’t have time to explore. They have a great bar/restaurant with an open air, tropical theme right next to the pool. "Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row. Lunch they would not bring food out to pool area and had to go eat Chinese buffet inside. Was silly because the first day they brought out the best chicken fingers I ever had to pool chair. "Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

"I booked here because it had a gym and i like to workout after a day of traveling, only one of the treadmills worked, it was dirty and in very poor condition. The pool area does not look like the photo, it is old and in need of repair, it is surrounded by folding tables and assorted plastic chairs. No hair dryers in the rooms, i had to wash ,my hair in the sink because there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower."

"The property was run down and in terrible condition. Rooms had windows in terrible state of repair allowing insects and lizards in to the room. Bugs in the bed and on the sheets. We received many bites. If it weren’t for the very kind staff member we would have turned around and walked out, even if we had to forfeit the money paid!"

"The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal "
