"I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "

Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. We ate at the restaurant and it was so delicious! They make their own pizza! We used their stand up paddle board and kayak to explore the ocean. "This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...
