"Beautiful well maintained hotel with several amenities. Restaurant and shops on site. Located in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offer diving and snorkeling excursions. Took snorkeling excursion to Mexico Rocks and had a great time. It can get a bit loud at times with airplanes flying by as its located close to small airport. Staff was helpful."

"Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"

"The hotel is centrally located. I didn’t realize you can not access the beach from the hotel so we had to walk towards downtown along the water to enter the beach at another hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. I did a lot of cooking and recommend more cooking skillets. I enjoyed that our snorkel boat ride picked us up on the dock at the hotel. "We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
