The airport transfer Avatara arranged for us was easy and the driver was so wonderful. Additionally, communication with the owner before our stay was prompt, kind, and clear. "Great location we could walk to long street that had all the bars and restaurants. Also the rooftop bars were close and walking distance as well. There are a lot of homeless people around. But I found that’s in every downtown area and was in the same in Johannesburg. They do not bother you and at no time did we feel unsafe. We had a full kitchen with dishes.
